Gmail is out at the moment, no mail is being received. All incoming mail will be delivered once google resolves the problem.
We will keep you posted when we have more information.
Update 2:17 PM:
Just got off the phone with Google and this problem is happening to a handful of users (the district being the user in this case). They know the fix but it has to be applied to each account individually. We’ve been added to the list and they say we should be back up within the next 2 – 3 hours.
If I get anymore information I will post it here.

Looks like Gmail came back up at 3:30. Thanks for your patience.
